40Mm Vs 50Mm Gaming Headset

Amazing headset for gaming! I couldn't be happier with this product.

This would be my first gaming headset, the blue microphone definitely is very different from anything i used before. thanks again B&H. Received the headset in just 4 days.

Had a couple ND filters for my 50mm lens, but my new 40mm has a different filter size.

A well made hood. I bought it for my 50mm 2.5 G as I didn't like the look of the original. I can confirm that it fits the 40mm 2.5 G as well.

I've mostly used the 40mm as a normal lens and found it to have great edge-to-edge sharpness. I would still give the 50mm f/1.4 the edge in overall 'look and feel' of image quality, but the 40mm is sharp

Super Happy with this lens and if I could reccomend a starter lens, this would be it! Started with a 50mm 1.8, loved the bokeh with this lens but felt very limited by field of view, traded the the 50 in for the 40mm 2.8, loved the extra field of view with this, but missed the bokeh and really felt limited in tight situations with only the 40. I wish I would have just started out with the 35mm 2.0 to begin with. excellent bokeh, very wide range of view without a distorting wide angle view. Some have complained about the focus noise and honestly for me its not that bothersome, very comparable to the 50mm 1.8. The pancake 40mm is almost silent with the stm, so its hard to compare. overall im super happy with this lens and I will definitely order though here again, super fast shipping and great prices!

I've had a sub f2 50mm for every camera system I have ever owned (Minolta, Canon, Nikon) and I love the normal perspective it delivers. This particular lens performs beautifully, I just don't get why it has to be so big. The 40mm f2 is a wonderful compact lens, I just don't love the extra field of view afforded by the 40mm perspective when I'm shooting on the street.

I used this bag on vacation and it was the perfect size with the perfect look. I had a Canon 5D, two lenses (17-40mm, 50mm), a spare battery, a compact card carrying pouch, a 430ex flash, a wallet and an ipod, all of which fit comfortably in the bag. Visually it looks like a messenger bag.

Light weight. Great 40mm focal length that is more normal, I think, than the 50mm. Barely noticeable on the camera, if no hood is attached. Gave me great photos.
