I own a Leica MP film camera as well as the Leica M11-P digital camera. Thanks to this diopter I can now focus my rangefinder cameras in lightening speed. 5 |

Now that I've been shooting with my Leica M9 and Leica M8.2 Digital Camera Bodies, I have developed an interest in trying film. This Leica MP, fits my needs and interests completely in this regard. My Leica MP, is very well constructed, and it's a camera I intend to use for the rest of my life. Another benefit to me is that I will develop and scan my own film at home; and, as a result, I am learning so much more and developing a greater appreciation for photography than I would have from use of my digital cameras alone. With such reasonable costs and high quality of today's scanners that are available for home use, and film processing kits such as the Tetenal, C-41 Press Kit (also, available from B&H Photo), just about anyone should be able to shoot/develop/scan their own film, and subsquently handle the images similarly as one would do with images from ones digital cameras. 5 |

This converter is used to interconnect a legacy stereo system with a modern digital one. The D to A converter is also compatible with the 24-bit, 48 kHz digital files I create myself in digitizing vinyl LPs. I use this D to A converter to feed the coaxial SPDIF output from a hi-res audio player into the legacy analog monitoring system. I also have the reverse Analog to Digital Gefen converter going the opposite direction. Simple, inexpensive, and no audible latency when used with video. Using the A to D converter with the optical digital output also eliminates 60Hz hum that is common with a pile of components all interconnected. The D to A converter is also compatible with the 24-bit, 48 kHz digital files I create myself in digitizing vinyl LPs. I use the D to A converter to feed the coaxial SPDIF output from a hi-res audio player into the legacy analog monitoring system. In the midst of the high end hype that is common with digital audio devices, it is refreshing to find devices like these Gefen converters that work perfectly for such a low cost. 5 |

I use the Apex AX-48 keyboard stand for a heavier digital piano, on the bottom and a Roland Juno Di on top. Each keyboard is easily accessible and adjustable keyboard heights make playing very comfortable. This stand is very sturdy. 5 |

I always let my digital prints dry for 48 hours before I package them up and send them to buyers. After the first few hours, I put one of these tissue papers on top so the prints don't get any dust on them. I just weight the tissue down on the top and bottom edges a tad with whatever I have handy in my studio (little decorative stones, usually ha ha) so they don't float away. Works great. And I use the tissue in between prints when storing them. 5 |

I can't do this justice with a review...there are so many features to cover. The menu system is way better nowadays (coming from Sony A99V, A700). The size, weight, and built quality are perfect in my opinion. Let me just say...as someone in the prosumer/amateur hobbyist looking for photo and video capabilities in one, this camera cannot be beat in 2022...period. I'm probably 85% photo so for me the bump to 33 MP (from 24 MP) is perfect knowing that the A7RIV at 61 MP would be very cool but overkill most of the time. (If you like to crop and think 50+ MP is what you need in camera, just get Topaz Gigapixel AI to deal with crops and resolution...problem solved for less than $100...for the 99% of folks who don't pixel-peep for their careers). 5 |

Nobody is paying attention to this little camera because it does not have the pro specs, it's not dual card slot, it's only 20.9 MP, it's a huge mount with a small sensor, full-frame is better than APS-C, the lens selections are not good, blah...blah..blah... Everyone is missing out the intention Nikon has on this camera and that is the FUN factor in photography. I have and used Nikon D7100, D810, D850, D500, and the Z7. All of them are really grate cameras. Well constructed, weather sealed, rugged, and most of all aimed for professional use. I also have a bunch of Nikon lenses that you can say are also pro grade. When Nikon first announced this camera I was not really thrilled like the way I was when they debuted the D850 and Z6/7. And like everyone before investing on a new equipment I do research first before committing. When it became available for pre-order I went ahead and took the dive of getting one. Now that I tried it I was amazed with how compact this camera is. It literally a pocketable camera like its point and shoot cousins. The capabilities in stills and video is on par with my D500 except of the size, additional features, and weight. I take this camera with me most of the time than my other ones. It's fun to shoot it. IMO it's a better alternative than using my smartphone for taking photo at least the shape is familiar for me with that DSLR/Mirrorless feeling in your hand. The size makes good use for candid and street photography because it's less noticeable and discrete. It's a well rounded camera for taking almost any kind of photography. The 20.9MP is just within the sweet spot for resolution good enough for a 13 x 19 size print out. I do not pixel peep or even scrutinize the resolution like Youtuber reviewers do because at the end of the day what matters most it your overall satisfaction with the product since you are the user. 5 |
