4K Computer Monitors 2017

My new computer has one HDMI and one DisplayPort output and I have two monitors I want to use.� This DisplayPort cable lets me use the second monitor now.� The 3' length is more than enough without having extra coiled up. My screen is 2056x1080.� Since this cable is 4K rated, it works great for my extra wide but not 4K large screen.

I had two of these LG 4K monitors on my desk for several years now and finally decided to get one more to make my computer work even more efficiently and convenient. If you do a lot of engineering or graphic design work I highly recommend treating yourself to a 3 monitor workspace! They have excellent non-glare screens and I was easily able to color adjust all three monitors to match each other even though two of them have been in use for several years now! I love the spring loaded stands that they come with as they are easy to adjust and support the monitors quite well. The older two I have have been great since I got them so I would expect no less from the newest one!

This is a terrific solution. You get 4K monitors and scopes in a lightweight package. Not only can you monitor up to 4K, but you can use the scopes to ensure you're recording proper signals. You need a Mac or PC to set up the monitors, but once you do that the monitors will start up in that config without the computer. If you do need to change the config during a shoot or edit/grading session, you'll need the computer. Setting the config is easy and intuitive. You connect the monitor to the computer by either USB or CAT5. I've tried both ways and they work identically. This is another terrific Blackmagic product.

I just doubled the RAM in my iMac 2017 and my computer is running so much better. I wish I would have changed out sooner!

Purchased this card for my workhorse (L 2017 iMac 21.5 4K) in order to expand storage capacity and to boost speed. Installation was quite easy and straightforward. In the end, I doubled my capacity but the maximum speed is 2500 instead of the advertised 3500. I'm not sure exactly why (could be limitation of my hardware but this is definitely faster than my native SSD (1500). Overall, I'm happy with this upgrade. B&H's next day delivery didn't disappoint too.

I inherited a 2017 MBP at work and after doing a lot of research and trying out one other product I finally ended up with this hub to be able to accomplish my goal which was: pass through charging, add some usb ports for functionality and ,most difficult to achieve in conjunction with the other two, run a second display at 4k @ 60hz. With this hub and a Type C to Display Port cable it is possible although your power gets plugged into the second port which allows 60W of charging pass through (I believe the MBP would like up to 61W) instead of the 100W you'd get out of the main port but that's the one you need to use to enable 4k @ 60hz. It all seems to be working so I am happy!

Driving a BenQ 27 4k monitor from a 2017 macbook pro. Smooth scrolling and cursor motion indicates getting good framerate. At 1.2M it is longer than a passive USBC or Thunderbolt 3 cable would be--assuming your monitor has the USBC/TB3 input anyway. All in all, a good option for driving a single Display Port monitor from a macbook pro.

Purchased the monitor mount 2/27/2017 and it is great. I have two 27inch 4k displays mounted. Very sturdy, easy to add to any desk, and versatile. I would definitely recommend this product to others users that are wanting a dual mount monitor.
