I'm a part-time professional photographer and bought this remote for my new Fujifilm X-T2. I bought this rather than the RR-90 because of some negative reviews I read about the RR-90: particularly the micro-USB. Fujifilm tech support said that the RR-100, with the pin rather than the micro-USB, would work with the X-T2 as well as with newer camera models, so I selected the RR-100. Using the Kirk L-plate for the X-T2, the 90-degree pin attachment allows the remote to be used with the camera in portrait as well as landscape orientation. So far, the remote has performed flawlessly.

Brighter than the F12 and very useful. Downside is the charge port is old style micro-USB and not USB-C

A simple press of a button on the mic mutes it and turns the indicator light solid red letting you know it’s muted. I tested the mic and it was able to block out background noise very well especially when compared to my phones internal mic. It offers a combined 24 hour charge, 6 hours for the mic and 18 hours for the charging case. Another great feature is the ability to charge your phone while in use as the receiver has both a male USB-C for plugging into you phone as well as a female USB-C for plugging in your charger as it allows pass through charging. The quick charge capability will allow a 15 minute charge to provide one hour of use. The charging case requires 2 hours to fully charge from dead. If you plan on using it outdoors throw on the provided windscreen which allows for crystal clear audio while reducing wind noise. I highly recommend this wireless mic If you are looking to improve the audio recording on your phone with USB-C charging connector.

This is a warranty exchange from its predecessor with the micro USB charge port and it's definitely brighter and charges faster. The only downside I noticed was the switch. It is recessed and can be problematic to turn on and off. Also it gets hot while on high, don't know if it's normal but will be checking into this. Otherwise it's good.

Lightning and micro usb are very convenient! Charge lasts extremely long! Wish it had a USB port, but was going to use this for Apple products and micro usb products anyway!

If you have an Android smartphone, you probably use a micro-B plug to charge it. With this adapter, you can take a USB drive (thumb drive) and plug into this adapter and then into the phone. Now you can copy all those pictures from your phone onto the USB drive. I hope this helps!
