If you need a 100 foot Ethernet cable for whatever reason, this is the place to get it. When I went it was not out on display though so ask a sales person. It is working perfectly fine, no problems.

Replaced a six to ten year old 75 foot unshielded ethernet cable of unknown type with this 75 footer in a streaming audio system - from router to audio DAC with ethernet bridge - with expectation that the shielding would reduce EMI noise picked up in the longish length of the cable. New cable does this well. This is a 1GB system overall so don't know about speed.

comparing this cable to the 200 ft SDI cable this 50 foot was much heavier. I sure it will last longer.

Not much to say about an ethernet cable, except that it works.

This is my third attempt to get a cable to work for a 50 foot run to a 4K video project. The other two wired cables both indicated they would work with 4K - They didn't. The first one (wire) that I bought from Amazon with 4K printed right on it, would do nothing with a 4K signal. The next was a thicker directional wire cable and I thought for sure that would solve the problem. It didn't...but this one did. My feeling now is only a hybrid optical cable is going to work with 4K with a long run.

Few Cat 5 cables cost $, even 50 foot cables. This one does and is worth every penny. We use a 50 cable because we move between machines with the connector, while the modem stays stationary. The cable has a thick outer covering that appears to act as superior shielding. Long cables usually lose speed; this one does not. The heavy outer sheath also decreases the tendency of the cable to tie itself in knots. The cable gets heavy use and lives up to it.

Used this 50 foot CAT6 cable to link my third Deco X55 to my mesh setup. High quality cable with excellent snag-less connectors.
