Easy to use and handle even with hot, 500 Watt bulbs. Stays cool. Quality product.

I use this with a 500 Watt Dynalite Power Pack system to light Bands in a small venue. 5-8 people on a 30 foot wide stage, about 15 foot deep. The Size of the umbrella really helped spread the Main much more evenly than my 42 umbrellas could ever dream of. Shooting at ISO 400, I only ran about 125 watt seconds power! The 2 most outstanding qualities of the Photoflex 60 Convertible Umbrella are it's efficiency; and it's durability, due to the fiberglass supports. Quicker setup than a Soft-box of course. The price made it an easy risk to take, and paid off well! The only thing I did not like, was the center post could be thicker and stiffer, but that would probably be over kill really. I highly recommend this product and this brand. I'm buying another!

We're using this reflector on a 500 watt bulb for video interviews. It gets the job done, and secures to the instrument tightly. I don't have any attachments (gel frames and whatnot) but as a simple reflector, it's all you need.

I recently purchased this EcoFlo battery, to upgrade my power supply and replace my 5 year old 500 Watt EcoFlo battery.

We purchased 5-500 watt fixtures for lighting a billiards event for still photo and video. The lights surpassed our expectations in nearly every way. Only drawback was fragility of tungsten bulbs while theyre hot. You cannot move/position the lights while running w/o burning out bulbs. Overall a minor drawback for something in this price range.

I am pleased with the quality. The bulbs it comes with are 250 watt with an average live listed of 20 hours. For about $ bucks each, you can add 500 watt bulbs with an average live of 60 hours. The sockets are rated to support 500 watts, and it seems to work fine. The sockets, reflectors, and bulbs all get very hot very quickly, but the wooden handles insulate you when you adjust the light. You'll need a bag to move the kit around. I bought the Impact WB1119 for under fifty, and it holds everything in the kit plus some extensions cords without too much additional room to spare. Probably the best wattage-for-the-price in a kit you're likely to find.

This Fresnel is a very useful size and goes up to 650 watt bulbs. Or you can run 500 watt bulbs. The construction is top quality and the flood to spot focusing is a must. I have bought 2 of this model and it makes people look attractive. I had an aging female rocker that I was making a music video for. I was able to dial in the focusing and light sculpting to make her look 15 years younger. She was thrilled and I am getting more work. Highly recommended. They will last a life time.

The main strength of these bulbs is that you get 500 watt power that you can plug into a conventional socket. No heavy betweenie, no Home Depot stadium lights. A lot of low budget filmmakers wonder where to go after you've graduated from the Home Depot light set. This is your next step up before professional level lighting.Warning, these are incredibly hot bulbs. They do not have a long life. Also DO NOT move the light while it is on or it will burn out.The $ each your paying is so that you don't have to buy a $ professional kit. It is what it is.

The 500 watt, blue photo flood lamp provides plenty of light right where I need it. I ordered a variety of lamps and one out the shipment arrived broken. B&H promptly replaced the broken lamp with out question. It is a pleasure to receive such conscientious service.
