The Leica M11-P doesn't need a screen protector with its sapphire crystal glass, but I opted for one anyway. Expert Shield provides helpful 'Easy as ABC tips; however, I didn't have tape around to use as a hinge. Instead, before peeling off the factory screen protector, I put on some nitrile powder-free gloves and laid the Expert Shield screen protector on top to get a sense of how it aligns. Once I used a rocket-shaped air-blower to make everything dust free, as well as peeled the factory screen protector and the Expert Shield screen protector backing, I just made sure the left edges lined up parallel in the position I wanted then dropped it. Nothing seemed to happen in the first couple seconds, then the Expert Shield screen protector began to adhere and settle on its own onto the Leica M11-P's sapphire crystal glass from the upper right corner towards the bottom left corner, slowly pushing a huge air bubble that shrinks in size and eventually gets pushed out as it goes.
