If you want the film look on a digital camera this is a must have. It takes the digital edge off your images. 5 |

I've been using this lens for the last 6 months on a GFX 50R, and it went with me on a 2 week trip to Japan... To contextualize my review, my other camera is a X100F, which I will gladly shoot at f/2 and ISO 12,800 because I know it will make a sharp looking A3+ print, despite the internet bemoaning how the lens is soft and APS-C is bad at higher sensitivities. If you print your work, you'll realize how much you've been over-analyzing your digital images while trying to financially quantify whether your camera equipment is overpriced... ahem... This lens is sharp from f/3.5 to f/16, auto-focuses fairly quickly, and is a great match for the GFX 50R as a portable kit. I have images that I can't wait to print at 30 x 40 inches, while others will certainly be cropped into panoramas or squares because I have the resolution to spare. All of my smaller test prints look flawless... If you really go nuts with pushing your raw files and you magnify your images on your monitor too much, you will notice there's some chromatic aberration and distortion being corrected in the lens profile, but this isn't unusual or much of a bother -- I've seen worse on Hasselblad and Pentax digital medium format lenses that cost more, and this issue doesn't show up in print unless you go really big or do a lot of tight cropping. If I were allowed one complaint, I just wish this lens had a closer minimum focusing distance... Needless to say, I love this lens. Getting into medium format generally brings along more expensive, well, everything, so given this is priced at the lower end of the financial spectrum, I really can't recommend it enough. 5 |

After ownging several point and shoot digital cameras and having stored away two other 35mm SLR's with assorted lenses, bags, flashes, etc. I finally decided to purchase a DSLR. So far I have been pleased with the Rebel SL1. I found it easy to learn to use with both the provided quick start and the more detailed instructions. I have not made any prints as yet, so at this point a detailed look at printed image quality is TBD. I was disappointed by the shipping packaging, although some of the problem might be due to rough handling by UPS. The box had several open seams and one small item, the lens cap retainer was missing. B&H promptly replaced the missing item at no cost -- thanks B&H. 5 |

Still learning the basics of digital cameras, but very very pleased with the memory capacity and quality of stored images. 5 |

I bought this for my Rebel XT to make up for stored glass that I couldn't use with the digital. I did have problems at first and was not surprised because of the low price. After a few tests it turned out to be a bad filter. The ghosting was gone but the contrast is a bit flat. PhotoShop fixed that and for a lens under $200.00 I'm happy. The real test was shooting the Red Bull air racers in SD. A little flat but very sharp. 5 |

I have a lot of negatives which i have had stored in proper sleeves. Any this is fast, when compared with Epson Artisan 730 and time saving. You can salvage your old negatives. And once converted to digital media, it opens up the world for you to edit them, enhance them in Photo Shop. You will be glad you did it. Because most of us have those old time memories of family. Bring it back to life. Our children have grown in digital world. They are not going to bother about the negatives . But once i have converted into digital media, i have been able to share these pictures with my children. 5 |

I bought 13 packs to re-file my many old pre-digital photos. They had been stored in many different original tattered old envelopes, so I bought these to keep them properly stored - I hope. They appear to be high quality, but I'll never know. I hope they work the way they should; maybe my kids will know some day! 5 |
