The most economical film which by the way gives an excellent gray scale. 5 |

Printing gray scale images of pencil and charcoal drawings with Epson advanced black and white driver. This paper is very smooth, and looks like the original drawing paper. 5 |

This is a beautiful film. Blacks that pop, soft gray scale, and a vintage, almost antique, look that is hard to duplicate with other film. 5 |

I find I'm using Hot Press Bright (and natural) more and more. It shows both excellent color and gray scale. I used to have quite a mountain of different papers, but the Hot Press family is helping to simplify my decision making. 5 |

Before I used this product I used white paper as recommendedby Canon for my 30D. I put lines on the paper for focus andset white balance as custom. The paper was difficult to useand keep with me. Since buying the gray digital card, I havefound it to be more accurate than white paper and easier touse. The digital gray card produces perfect custom whitebalance and works every time. It has a focus spot to get thecorrect image for setting up in-camera custom white balance. One time I used both the gray card and the white card (onthe lanyard) and found the gray card produced the correctwhite balance over the white card. Now I never take a shotwithout setting the custom white balance to the gray card. Ido this in-camera so I don't have to make adjustments inpost processing. The gray card also gives the correct lightreflection for digital camera exposure. Most books say thegray card should reflect at 18%, but that is not correct fordigital. See article on the internet by Thom Hogan who says digital camera makers set exposure meters to near12% gray reflectance, 18% is based on printing standards. This gray card is closer to 12% and is very accurate.I like the lanyard. When I'm outdoors I keep it on my neckso I can periodically reset the custom white balance as Ishoot. Inside under lights, I use it one time and I'm setfor the shoot. I highly recommend this card for seriousphotography, and it is inexpensive as photo equipment goes. Expertise: Advanced / non-pro 5 |

The world of digital video and more particularly, High Definition video is much like entering the places and characters so entertainingly described by Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. There are P's and I's and all sorts of numbers to confuse and bemuse even the most professional videographer. Worse, impending new and higher definition formats loom on the horizon. The Decimater MD-Cross makes it easy to produce a test signal at almost any resolution up to and including 3G in almost any frame rate. It also has the incredibly valuable feature of being a test pattern generator in those same formats. It takes HDMI in, SDI in and can scale or not scale outputs to HDMI and SDI. The small display allows reasonably quick changes to any of the many parameters including superimposing text and various borders for centering and framing. It really is a dandy unit. The only thing I'd like is for them to add a second HDMI output. 5 |

Reveiwing is not my forte, but this digital piano is so good it cannot be ranked on a normal scale, you C. The keys are weighted perfectly (much better than my previous Yamnaha keyboard: a DGX-305), and the sound quality is a major triumph. The only downside-- and I do not mean to be sharp about this-- is the lack of a screen, spcifically for clear and simple metronome usage. Other than that, this has been the best digital keyboard I have ever played. 5 |

Perfect neutral gray, paint the background of your studio this before doing digital color work for accurate perception. 5 |
