A Sensitive Instrument That Records Magnetic Data

This mic will pretty much blow your mind with how clean it records. The brass instrument clip isn't that great. It wouldn't stay secured on the trumpet I mounted it on. Plus, certain mutes will prevent it from mounting entirely. I'm sure the clip is very instrument dependent, so plan for backup mounting options. When in doubt, gaff tape.

I am using this preamp between my magnetic pick up on my turntable and my computer to digitize my vinyl records. The preamp comes with Audacity software and it is working well to accomplish the task at hand. Quality of the preamp is great.

Working well so far. Keeps the internal clock of the dash cam updated and records speed data in the video files. Just don't stick it to the black part (solid or dotted) at the top of the windshield, some of those have metal in them that block the signal.

Attached this to a Channel Master DVR+ where it records, playsback programming and stores other data. Not noticing the lag and playback buffering from previous drive. Easy to install, literally plug and play.

I used to work in musical instrument & pro audio retail and I hate to pay retail for cables, but I also realize the value of having good cables where data and audio transfer are critical. We use this case to house a data logger instrument, and the accompanying documents and accessories. This case is ideal, with the pick and pull insulation, and the pockets inside the lid. We also utilize and value the locking capabilities. Being familiar with Pelican products, we did not even consider another brand.

I recently purchased this product from B&H. So far, It works exactly as intended and gives me that extra piece of mind that my sensitive data is secure. I ordered the product and received it in 2 days which was awesome. I am a long time customer of B&H and have never been disappointed.

I use it to back up sensitive and regular data, so I use the password protection thing. -I have owned 4 WD passports for 2yrs and 3 My Books for 4 yrs; none has failed me thus far. -I also like the security feature, and the SmartWare has improved a lot with a much friendlier interface vs earlier versions. NOTE: I do manual backup so don't know about the reliability of the auto feature. Needs improvement: may be a good idea to have a password recovery disc capability like Windows 7.

I use it to pull data from both cards in my GFX 100S, and it goes at blazing speed. My old reader got maybe 20MB/s, but with this one it's always well over 100. It's also built like a tank, and magnetic. I haven't really made use of the magnetic property, but I'm sure it can come in handy.

Records great with very little interference.
