Received the drive in good condition and packaged well. Shipment was fast. I have Beelink computer with a sugar sweet 500gb drive but wanted more. I do a lot of 3d printing. So I thought it would be nice to have a bigger drive so I can organize all the files separately from the main drive. The drive is very easy to install and works great. The box arrived damaged, called customer service, they offered to replace, and agreed to my request to hold until it could be tested. The computer crashed while the dock was in shipment and they allowed me to get the computer back up and then test to see if damaged in shipment. They took care of this customer. It seems like the instructions to setup could be more detailed. Hyper Tech support helped to finish the installation. The dock works great. It is attached to a Dell 7530 or swapped out with a Dell 7750. Easily drives two BenQ PD3200U 32-inch 4K UHD sRGB Designer Monitors with no problem. The shortage of usb-a ports was overcome by plugging in a B&H Photo 16 port Sabrent hub. Currently using 11 of 16 ports and works great. I have used the dock for over a month and half and highly recommend the dock and B&H Photo. 5 |
