A8 Retro Arcade Game Console Gaming Machine Review

Bought this to play retro game consoles on a 4k TV. And it does an amazing job. I use svideo from the console into the kanex and output 720p over HDMI. This from my experience looks the best. My games look much better than just running through composite into the TV and there is no lag. From what I can tell anyway. Much better than the cheap converters on Amazon

I needed a 16 terabytes drive for a retro gaming machine. When reading the reviews, some people mentioned that this was noisy drive but after installing 2 of them in my machine, I barely hear them. The drives are fast and so far have had no issues.

The 990 PRO works perfectly inside our console, and the massive 2TB capacity lets us keep all our games at the ready, with room to spare. Games load up almost immediately, even a little quicker than when they’re installed on the system’s internal drive. All in all, we couldn’t be happier with the 990 PRO in our video game console. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have three Samsung TVs in my house and by far it is the best one yet. It's super thin, I mean it's thinner than my Samsung laptop. Its 4k so the picture is out of this world on its screen.Im a hardcore gamer and I game everywhere. Sometimes going to my parents' house from my house, I hate carrying around my console all the time. Well, having this wonderful piece of technology this tv has, I can easily game no problem, without having to bring it. The tv has a gaming hub that includes my Xbox using a cloud to play my games so I can continue gaming that saves so much time. Also, when I used the Gaming Hub the interface was unique and so impressive. I played my Xbox games on my tv without bringing the console. Just using my controller, nothing is better than easy access gaming. The picture was crisp, vivid, and vibrant. I highly recommend getting this television and you won't be disappointed. This television is smaller than my other Samsung TVs, but I love the picture like the bigger TVs just the same. This Tv is a must have and a great buy without a doubt.

The well-made and sturdy, almost arcade game style push button knobs are a perfect companion to Adobe Lightroom. One of the most useful gadgets I have purchased. I use them in conjunction with all the other Palette products but they are maybe the most useful. I have set them up to 'Edit in Photoshop', 'Increase Rating', 'Crop Tool', 'Before/After' and 'Undo'. Once you get used to the new way of controlling your workflow, they rock!

I have an arcade machine with over 30,000 games on it. It tears up normal hard drives, makes them run super hot and slow. I have had several hard drives go up on me because it is trying to access to much date. This SSD was expensive but worth every penny. The games run 10 times faster and this hard drive never heats up. If you have a MAME arcade machine this is the answer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has no display ports so it's best for a second monitor on a pc. It's great for streaming and console gaming though. Has the regular smart TV Samsung OS so it's fantastic it has access to all the necessary apps and it does a great job recommending what to watch and keeping track of where you left off. I never see it updating but it stays up to date and works well with other Samsung products. The remote is efficient haven't had it die since I've received and haven't to charge it either. It comes with a game console pop up menu, when in game mode, where you can change some settings. Great look and great price.
