The light is easily the most powerful pen light I have ever owned. I also really like that you can use a rechargeable battery or two AAA batteries. The build quality is excellent, I have dropped mine numerous times and there is no problems. Definitely a high quality product. One of my coworkers bought one as well after seeing how good mine is!

I ended up using this receiver. It takes rechargeable AAA batteries which is more economical that than the battery in the ShutterBoss lll receiver.

The pen accessory for my tablet drains the necessary one AAA battery. A rechargeable battery was required. I also bought the charger with the four AA batteries. I carry a few charged batteries with me. Works out well.Price better than @.

Hi, Upon receiving the rechargeable battery, I charged it up. I then removed the supplied 3 AAA batteries from the headlight and placed the rechargeable battery in. It fit perfectly and worked perfectly! Thank you and keep up the good work. Nothing like having a good rechargeable battery and if ever in a pinch, I can always put in the 3 AAA batteries.

If you use rechargeable AA's or AAA's, you should have a decent charger. Most chargers charge in banks of 2 or 4. That means that the battery will be treated the same as its neighbor. Better chargers charge each battery independently of the others. This way, the batteries get what they need. The best chargers give you metering on each battery. I've always had good luck with Watson products. This charger keeps the streak going.

Unbelievably bright for one AAA battery!

Puts out a lot of light with a small size and one AAA battery. Well built. I picked this one up the night I ran a V2 through the washer. It was not working 100% so I got the V3 on sale. After drying out the V2 works perfectly so now I have two great little lights.

I love these things, they never break, a AAA battery seems to last forever, and very bright for the size. I have SureFire and Pelican lights which are great, but these little guys do the job, weigh nothing, and are mega reliable. I throw one or two onto every B&H order, keep them in the car, keyring, wife's purse, fishing vest, camper, etc. Get some!
