Use for live DUO 2 guitars and vocals with sequencer....effects on vocals sound good. Feel robust and mic preamp sound realy good. Sound is WAY better than behringer that I used before. I run it with yorkville ap3000 amp in 2 elite top and sub. played some music using laptop USB and it sound really good....Only had it for a few feeks but feel robust. Knobs feels great and eq is very musical. I which there would be a stereo XRL sub out and main eq. 5 |

I primarily use this mic on acoustic guitars, but it also works great on the bottom snare or as an overhead for drums. This microphone has such a vibrant, yet clean sound that has had a huge impact on my recording quality. I have also used the Rode NT1-A and have had great success with both. I highly recommend Rode microphones for recording artists who want a big sound, but are on a budget. 5 |

We're using the Fat Head Mics to record an indipendent full lenght. Especially on guitars, they're great!Very nice sound, deep, a little dark, very smooth and warm. As a room mic, it sounds nice too. For the voice, it's particular and interesting, but not for everyone. I think on the guitars, clean and with overdrive and/or distortion, it's the best use. However, for the price you can buy them they are an absolute steal! Don't miss if you like warm sound in a variety of possible situations 5 |

These mics are absolutely the best hands down. If you're looking for good sound for your guitars or even some extra mics for vocals, I find them to be the best ribbons for the price. I compare them close to a set of ribbons I got about a year ago for 3400$. I should have gotten these a few years ago instead as they are way more affordable and pick up the lows and highs better than any mic around, more so, for something within 1,500$ of their price range. Pick them up, you won't be disappointed with Cascade. 5 |

The ISA One is a great option for most situations that need a strong signal to help their recording pop. This pre has 80db of gain total and is much hotter than may other mixer/stand alone pres. The sound quality is bright and full. On guitars it gives a wonderful pump on the top and keeps the high frequencey detailed. If you are not used to a strong pre, this one will definately make you feel like your other pres are dark and colorless. The only complaint I have for this pre is that on very delicate sources like pianos or strings, it can add too much mid tones and make the strings sound very processsed rather than natural. This is not a negitave so much as it is a comment on its best uses. Again great for horns, guitars, bass, drums, and any other source that needs a little bit of pump to make the sound fuller. 5 |

I use it with vocals an acoustic guitars, usually with a Neumann TLM49 or Rode NTK.I love the warmth of the tubes in the preamp. The eq is outstanding. The compressor section is very nice, but a little tricky because the attack and release times are a little bit slow and tends to sound too transparent. I compress a lot the vocals and bass and I really like the sound of the optical compressors. If you are good sound engineer an musician, Youll love it. 5 |

The filters are a sound techs dream. Musical instruments, faulty mic lines, guitars, keyboards, and more, seem to be a sound techs plague. Plug these hum eliminators in and leave them in line. The cure is instant. Don't be a victim of high electrician wages to search for the ground fault, especially on older Churches. Our Church suffered from a lightening strike and resulting fire. Even though most lines were replaced, but others are now breaking down. Its fast and complete when dealing with HUM 5 |
