About Portable Projectors With Apple Tv

This thing is a god send. If you're having problems getting Apple TV or MacBooks to show up on projectors or getting blocked at HDMI distribution amps ... this is your solution.... turns off the HDCP compliance tag that Apple products transmit. Awesome product!!!

You get what you pay for it might be on the more expensive side of portable projectors. (I dont actually know) but it's surprising how quickly it can adapt to any surface and focus it's image. At an angle up, down, left, right it really gets the best picture possible. I find it does run hot though and fan can get a little loud but meh no big deal.

About a year ago I was given a JBL Flip 4 as a gift, and I was immediately impressed with the quality of sound and construction. I bought the Charge 4 recently, thinking I would replace the Flip 4. This is a great little surge protector. I used several of them to protect video projectors, TV screens and other small equipment. One I installed showed me a ground fault where wiring had not been done correctly - glad it did!

I am running two projectors, two monitors and two 60 TV's from two AMD video cards on a dell desktop. The TV's are 70' away in cable length and I was leary of getting an HDMI cable that long. I found the CHE-1 on B&H and that along with 70' cat 6 made this a breeze to set up. There is no flicker, delay, or loss of resolution. It works like it was intended to. I don't have any cons, it is a great product.

About as expected.

About 6 months ago, I purchased a sound bar for my TV, but found it would not work with the HDMI cable, but only the optical connection. After some reading, I found that the HDMI cable had to have ethernet. The improvement with the new cable is more than I expected. The sound stays at a reasonable level and does not require constant adjustment. The unit turns on and off with the cable remote, so I could retire the TV and soundbar controls. I am delighted to have these improvements at a minimal cost.
