Access Wireless Router Remotely

Replace your consumer grade wireless router you bought from @ with an EdgeRouter or USG from Ubiquiti and one of these access points and the days of dropped connections and flaky netflix are over. This access point has been shown in some studies to actually improve your IQ by a measurable amount as well as help bring harmony to your home. The glowing blue ring of wifi bliss is an added night lite bonus. (can be turned off)If your switch does not support POE you must use the supplied injector. The power cord on the injector is very short, so plan ahead. This unit does not even blink when faced with almost 20 wireless devices simultaneously connected. Phones, Rokus, laptops, Dish Hoppers, iPads, android tablets, etc. 5 |

I bought this router to accommodate a web/minecraft/media server, constant online gaming, excessive video streaming, and three wireless access points (my house has metal lathe, which acts like a faraday cage). Was previously using some Netgear garbage home user Wi-Fi router that couldn't keep up with the demand and was awful to manage. This router is a breeze to manage if you have at least basic networking knowledge. The 10 ports allow me to wire my server, computer, access points, and other peripheral gear to keep the wireless networks from getting congested. The quality of my home network improved dramatically and allowed me to actually utilize every drop of the gigabit ethernet we pay for. I also appreciate Ubiquiti's detailed firmware upgrade logs. I would absolutely recommend this router to anyone looking to have fast, easily configurable internet at home, and I'm sure it would hold up well for a small business too. 5 |

I needed internet access in an old building next to my house. It is too far away from my house to be supported by my wireless router. However, it does share electrical wiring with my house. Running new Cat5 cables was not a good solutions for a variety of reasons so I decided to try TP-Link's AV100 Gigabit Powerline Starter kit. The setup was very easy, basically plug and play. The price was very affordable. While not as fast as a direct connection, it still meets my needs. 5 |

I have four of these, configured as access points. That means I have an ethernet cable connecting each to my router. It provides outstanding WiFi coverage to the rooms these are in. The 5G network in particular is crazy fast; I get 500+ mbps/s on my phone. I generally don't recommend extender mode, in which these units relay your phone's wireless signal to the router, via another wireless signal. 5 |

This is key for your kit to be efficient. Especially when working remotely where you don't have access to plug in power for interviews. 5 |

This device provides local management for all my UniFi devices that I can access remotely. It took only 3 minutes to setup, but you should have a POE port available to power the device since it does not come with a plug. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a heavy duty padlock that can be used indoors and outdoors in extreme temperatures. It is rust proof and water resistant. It works on a rechargeable battery which needs to be charged once every few months. You can remotely provide access by unlocking the padlock. This can be done through the dedicated app but you do not need to have wifi grant access remotely. The padlock can be unlocked through Bluetooth or even by entering a 4 digit pin. On the app you can see who accessed it and at what time and when unlocked in-person you will get alerts on your phone. After a while of inactivity it even auto locks! 5 |
