Restoring old photos (b/w or color) Produces some wonderful results. EG Depth of color and sharpness. Black and white photos seem to be have been waiting for this paper.

Have been restoring quite of bit of film audio, all delivered in mono. The Avantone is a blessing in that it's an immediate check of the frequency spectrum being delivered without the hassle of mono plug-ins or cable swapping. Hoping to use this for additional monitoring purposes as well going on the thinking that, 'if it sounds good here, it will transfer to larger systems as well'. Fine looking too; happy with this purchase.

I calibrated 3 monitors with this device and each one was finished quickly enough for me to repeat the process after not restoring my monitors to factory. Great product.

if you are restoring a Russian sniper/ ex-sniper. Scope is authentic , especially turret adjustments. Mount and base are awesome as well. Real steal, not some cheap alloy. Very satisfied and worth the wait.

I had a manual Disc repair that worked OK but you could really see the swirls. My neighbor loaned us some store bought DVDs which had scratches because they have a kid also. I asked them if we could use this Repair tool on disney's Toy Story 3. It took out all the scratch marks except for one very deep scratch,. No swirls!! (Well you have to look under an incandescent light at just the right angle to see super fine swirls). This really does as advertised cleans up to 99% scratches. And it's already payed for itself after restoring only 2 discs. Of course we are restoring all our scratched DVDs. Well worth the money!
