The Acer 14 Swift Go 14 Multi-Touch Laptop is a Great Laptop. It has the Intel Core Ultra 7 16 core processor, touch screen, thunderbolt USB-C (2 ports) along with 2 USB-A 3.2 ports, SD card reader and Intel ARC 8 Core graphics. The screen is super bright at 400 nits. Weight is a mere 2.91 pounds and the battery lasts anywhere between 8 to10 hours. All these features at the price of $749. B&H is the best place for quality products at a reasonable price. They can't be beat. 5 |

Wow. A world of a difference it seems like upgrading from an i5 laptop and building my own PC. Debated between and and intel and honestly intel is tried and true. 5 |

Using in SOHO Hi Speed Network for Touch screen Desk PC's, Laptops, etc. where installing a Hi Speed NIC is not a solution. Great for 5G/2.5G/1GbE network speeds. Auto-switching. Using Cat6 cables. 5 |

I am a brand new Mac user... and so far I am enjoying the experience. The Mac OS is so easy to use it probably only requires 1 brain cell to operate it. This is a refreshing experience and so far I have not had any compatibility issues with any of my existing hardware such as printers, docking stations and webcams. All my former PC accessories work fine with this Mac. Transitioning from PC to MAC was not as difficult as I anticipated. The only thing I don't like about this Mac is that the screen does not lay flat. This was kind of annoying since I tend to use a laptop tripod with an external keyboard when I travel. I may need to purchase another laptop riser so that I can see the screen at eye level when I am away from home. The laptop is obviously exceptionally well built. 14 inches seems to be the perfect screen size for me... not too big and not too small. The screen brightness is very good though not perfect and I do enjoy the colors and the mini- led tech. Learning to use finder vs windows explorer was easy. The only thing I am struggling with at the moment is learning the OS keyboard shortcuts. I found a list of them but memorizing them will take some time. I have noticed that this Mac manages the battery power exceptionally well. I can survive for 3 days without needing to charge. I use the laptop for home office, web browsing, e-mail and photo editing mostly. I anticipate that this laptop will last many years to come. 5 |

I can game on mine, no lag as a 3rd monitor to do surround in World of Tanks (WoT). I have a Lenovo Y510P with 2 GeForce 750m cards, and the laptop has 1 HDMI and 1 VGA port, both go to my Samsung T27B350 TV/Monitors running at 1080p@60. I have a Desktop that I actually run 6 of those Samsung monitors with 2 video cards. Since I choose to rebuild my Desktop, I have been using my laptop in the meanwhile. I wanted to use 3 monitors so I could game with peripheral vision, since World of Tanks supports 120' FOV. While my center and right monitors are handled by the laptop video ports, I was short 1 port to do 3 displays. I initially used a KWorld USB2-2-DVI, and that even worked, but there was noticeable lag. Since I only use about 1/3 of the side monitor, this was possible. If I tried to use the entire screen, this might have been bad, but for my purposes and this game, it was acceptable. Since I saw they released USB3-2-DVI, I figure it could only be faster. they were right, now using 1/3 of my left side monitor, and there is almost no lag, I would have to be looking for it to even notice. It works perfect, so this will work in place of the Matrox TripleHead2Go I was looking at. I will try to see how it handles full screen, but for a partial screen, WoT in 1080p is fine. Hope this helps out someone who is trying to decide if this will work, I think if you wanted to watch full screen videos at 1080p@60 this would handle that no problem at all. David 5 |
