Acronis True Image Bootable Usb Flash Drive

Have it only for a couple of weeks. Bought this as a backup drive. Setup was easy with Acronis True Image. Sits on my desk next to a Seagate external drive. Does what it's supposed to do. So far, so good.

Perfect size for bootable flash drive

I installed this 1TB BX500 SSD into my Lenovo H430 desktop PC that is about 5 years old and cloned the old Seagate 1tb hard drive (hdd) to the Crucial BX500 (ssd). It worked perfectly and now loads windows 10 in about 10 seconds instead of 10 minutes. I left about 15% unallocated space in the primary partition. I used Macrium Reflect free software instead of the Acronis True Image free software that was recommended, it was my choice, not that there is any problem with Acronis True Image

Small! Fast! Easy to grip and pull out! It makes a great bootable USB drive for Windows 10 installations. I bought 3. The other 2 are now Windows Recovery Sticks.

Update can be done without old CPU with USB flash drive only.

We are using a flash drive to store and playback videos on a portable projector. I tried with a USB 3.0 Flash Drive, thinking the newer version was better. But the projector had a different idea. I learned from the professionals at B+H that this unit requires an older USB 2.0 Flash Drive. I never would have thought of that but sure enough, when I used this Verbatim 64G Ergo USB 2.0, the projector recognized the videos and played them flawlessly.
