I've been using this product for 2 years and it has worked great. I bought a new computer with Windows 8 and to my dismay found out there is no Windows 8 driver. Hopefully this will change soon. So if you want a great device for up to Windows 8, you've found it. But don't buy it for Windows 8. 5 |

the memory i bought was right and worked and fit from the list they had on there memory finder menu and speedup the new computer windows 10 a lot 5 |

bought a dell windows 10 computer with 4 g memory. the thing couldn't do anything not enough memory. Dell wanted way too much to upgrade the memory so i looked up the stats and i ordered this. The computer now functions great. So i added 4 x the memory and i still have the option of installing the 4 g in addition to the 16 but i don't really need it since the 16 is now pleanty to run the system for my needs. 5 |

This product works fine, it has a good quality as an interface. It just activate when you plug to the phone or the computer. It is ok for VoiceOver when I am traveling. 5 |
