We put one of these Logitech C270 webcams on 45 company desktop computers so users could participate in Teams and Zoom meetings. These are fine little webcams, and great for our purposes.

Its a snap to set up. As a backup attached to my wifi router, it can be accessed by several computers; and it takes up so little space. No noise! I am using it mostly to backup large picture files as they accumulate, while in the process of converting hundreds of old slides to digital.
