I was first introduced to Adam monitors at my previous production position by the head audio engineer. I knew when it came time to upgrade my home studio, Adam monitors were at the top of my short list. I debated on whether getting the Adam A5X models with a subwoofer or just a pair of the A7X. Because my home studio is small with untreated walls I opted in favor of a pair of A7X and no subwoofer. Absolutely no regrets. These things sound so amazing! Plenty of low end. This is one of the single best investments I've ever made for editing HD video. How good are they? My old monitors will soon be listed for sale. 5 |

I had some experience with the earlier generation Adam A7. The new A7X model features some very nice improvements. Where the old A7 seemed to be a little subdued in the 40hz range, the A7X goes down to 40 without difficulty and shows signs of audio as low as 28-30hz. It is hard to beat the ribbon tweeters for clarity and stereo imaging. While I do tracking in a pro studio, I purchased a pair of A7Xs for my home setup where I can do editing and basic automation. I am tempted to take these speakers into the pro studio and try some detailed mixing. They are portable and just the right size for me. 5 |

A music producer I know recommended Adam A7x7's for my home recording studio. I had been using the classic Yamaha NS 10M studio monitors and always thought they were awful ( even though I knew if I could make something sound good on them, it would sound good on any speakers). I also did a lot of comparative research, which also convinced me to go for the Adam AX7x7s. Glad I went with them. They are great and I couldn't be happier. 5 |

I moved my studio monitors, Adam ANF10s, to my listening room. Therefore, I needed to replace them in my studio. I auditioned several different monitors. KRK, Yamaha, etc. Before purchasing, I listened to the Adam T5V. These monitors had the familiar Adam sound that I was used to. Their clarity was second to none and put the other monitors I auditioned in the back seat. I cannot recommend the Adam T5V monitors enough. Definitely a great monitor choice. 5 |

Fantastic. Output is a pair of Adam Audio T5Vs, and inputs are a balanced DAC and a 3.5 mm connected to my PC monitor. I use this to switch between PC audio and my PS5 (connected to the PC monitor via HDMI). Suited my specific application very well. I appreciate the smoothness of the volume knob, though it is definitely a bit light. The unit itself is robust, it's heavy doesn't move with all the 1/4 jacks on the rear, feels well made. Buttons have a nice feel, takes a decent amount of weight to actuate, and very audible, so it's easy to tell if one has been accidently pressed. Also, I haven't personally been affected by channel imbalance at lower volumes using this controller. 5 |

I wish I would have purchased these monitors years ago. I pulled up several mixes I had done and within minutes of using the A5X's I was able to make changes that had the songs translate so much better across a variety of systems. I tried these "head to head" with the Focal Shape 50 monitors and the A5X's sounded better in my room. These monitors make it much easier to hear where instruments and levels should be placed. There's a surprising amount of tight low end for such a small driver, too. Highly recommended. 5 |
