Adam Studio Monitors Worth The Money

I was first introduced to Adam monitors at my previous production position by the head audio engineer. I knew when it came time to upgrade my home studio, Adam monitors were at the top of my short list. I debated on whether getting the Adam A5X models with a subwoofer or just a pair of the A7X. Because my home studio is small with untreated walls I opted in favor of a pair of A7X and no subwoofer. Absolutely no regrets. These things sound so amazing! Plenty of low end. This is one of the single best investments I've ever made for editing HD video. How good are they? My old monitors will soon be listed for sale.

I moved my studio monitors, Adam ANF10s, to my listening room. Therefore, I needed to replace them in my studio. I auditioned several different monitors. KRK, Yamaha, etc. Before purchasing, I listened to the Adam T5V. These monitors had the familiar Adam sound that I was used to. Their clarity was second to none and put the other monitors I auditioned in the back seat. I cannot recommend the Adam T5V monitors enough. Definitely a great monitor choice.

I use these with my Adam A8X monitors. Great performance. Great Sound.

I brought these home, put on one of my tracks and half way through had to check if my Adam A7x Monitors were on or off, it sounds that good. I actually thought the Adams had to be on in the background. I can see these being my new go to cans. I just shelved my AKG712's

I have the T7V monitors also from Adam Audio. I was supremely satisfied with them. I didn't know what I was missing! With the addition of this sub, the entire should profile is more rich, balanced, and tighter. The sub can be disabled with a foot switch which is so useful for testing mixes and also gives you a sense of just how much difference this sub makes. I would suggest you go through the manual and the online videos of sub setup; especially level adjustment and placement and phase as it makes a big difference. Highly highly recommended.

It's hard to find near field monitors that are under $1,000 per pair, but these Adam T7VT speakers are a great fit. Great frequency response and with the design, the clarity is sharp with welcoming lower tones. The warning that these speakers are so powerful that they could injure your ears is actually amusing, yet true. No need to crank them at 120dB! Visually elegant, XLR connectors, as well as RCA make them a welcome speaker in pro environments. Excellent, self powered speakers. Highly recommend.
