Got 2 to use with cheap ATR3350 lav mics, works with mono to stereo adapter. Make sure your phantom power is off.

I used it in combination with the Impact 5/8 Male to 1/4 - 20 Make Screw Adapter to hold my Preston FIZ system to my focus monitor stand. If I needed, I could easily unscrew the adapter from the 5/8 receiver and carry the Preston around.

As others have noted, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A USB POWER ADAPTER THAT GIVES 2+ AMPS. As long as you have that, you'll be good to go. I'm using it with my M50 that I use with OBS, and I usually forget to turn the camera off between streams. I just half-press the shutter button to wake it up when I need to stream again. Never had any issues.

I struggled to get my 2nd monitor working and this adapter just helped get that working on my M1 Mac. Make sure you install the driver to get it working.

I have been very excited to get one of these. This has lots of power and I will be getting 2 more. The output is insane!!! Make sure to get the Combo because, without the AC adapter, the battery doesn't last much. The color mode output may disappoint if you expected Asterra output. But for everything else, it is really good and this is probably the best light stick on the market for the price. Totally recommended!!!!

I have had the older version for a couple of years. Acquired another Nikon lens so i had to have another(i like each lens to have its own adapter). Make sure you set it to the smallest opening, other wise your f stop wont work on lens.

Make any NP-F battery devove turn into a much longer way to power it long. Caution should be taken as not all devices support 16.6 Volts, ESPECIALLY CAMCORDERS and small lights, with one exception such as the genaray TrailBlazer, a NPF battery based light that accepts voltages from 7.4 to 18 Volts! So that's not a problem since the unregulated voltage that leaves this adapter is a maximum of 16.5V, being the same voltage that usually outputs from the main connectors or D-Tap ports. That means, that you can install a FULL SIZE 200 WATT-HOUR V-Mount battery on that and it will be powered until next century at 100%. Read the manual of the device you're using this on, make sure it supports 16.6 volts and more.
