I has the old version of this display, but it did not work with USB-C on the new MacBook Pro, even with adapters. This display is far-and-away better than the old one. 5 |

I use it to carry along with my macbook pro and my hyperdrive adapters. It saves valuable storage space while traveling and is preventing that 'bulky' cables will wrench, yerk, twitch, pull too much on my adapter and eventuelly may cause damage to them. I really recommend it - Especially for being 'on the road'. 5 |

One of the most frustrating things about my MacBook Pro is that I'm always in need of adapters and extra ports. As a video editor, I have a million things plugged in at once. This USB-C dock is cleverly designed to fit snugly along the side of your Mac without sacrificing any ports, as it comes with two USB-C ones. It worked flawlessly and I love that it includes an HDMI port, so my old cables are given a slightly longer life. The only strange aspect of the design is that you need to insert your SD cards in upside down. I was a little confused when I first tried using it, but it's really not a big deal.
