Second Internal drive in i5 desktop PC for use as the recording workspace for Protools MP9, cubase Artist 7 and Ableton Live 8, running with cpu non-intensive IK plugins (Synth/Orch/Mastering/Amp), Komplete, etc. Everything running without a hitch out of the box and rather than breaking a fairly new computer's hard drive and continuously periodically having to either stop and start the project, program or reboot--I've been saved! God Bless B&H on the price, shipping and process that they have down pat. I could have gotten it a couple of bucks ($2) cheaper--but from whom? We are building a relationship on they do what they do and do like they say and they also have a pretty cool catalog that for me is more like a reference book! The product? A Seagate 7200 rpm 2 TB SATA?--'nuff said! It's about workflow... 5 |
