If you just need to add some USB ports to your computer, at $10 this is probably the best deal. I use it to connect several external drives to an iMac and everything works fine.

Needed a way to add storage to an IPAD which has only one port. The USB end can get the files from my computer and the small end goes right into the IPAD. Used for storing workout videos.

Easy, cost-effective way to add another monitor using a USB port (Dell 755 running Windows 7). Got message during installation that video chipset may not be compatible, but encountered not problems. Can't detect any performance issues using a USB 2.0 port.

Great monitor. Wish it add 2 USB-C inputs but great color and size on it. The first one sent to me was damaged from shipping. B&H customer service reached out the next day first thing when they opened and set up the exchange with no issues. Received the new one in 5 days after I sent the damaged one back. A+ customer service.

I use this KVM to share my monitor with my computer and my Xbox 360. The USB ports in the front come in handy when I need to quickly connect a device. One short coming was that to connect my 360 I needed to add a VGA gender changer to the cable.(but that was my own short site)

A simple 1 cable setup (USB C) from my computer to this monitor. Easy to set up. Touch screen is responsive. Brightness is sufficient. Finally a way to travel w/ 2 screens.

I ordered this monitor on Saturday evening, Dec. 2, and received it in Bethesda, MD, early the following Monday morning. Well done, as usual, B&H Photo! I unpacked it and set it up, only to find that the proprietary BenQ Palette Master Ultimate software wouldn't recognize either the monitor or my colorimeter. You need the BenQ software to perform a hardware calibration. Other calibration software, even Calman's at $2000, will only perform a software calibration. I called BenQ tech support and was delighted to discover it's U.S.-based. I was not so delighted to have them tell me, however, that the problem with the software had arisen a few weeks ago, and they did not yet have a solution. The BenQ engineers thought a recent Windows update might have made changes that caused the problem. After a few calls, the BenQ tech support staff eventually escalated me to a BenQ technical support manager. She could not have been more diligent in working with me, and after a few days, she provided new drivers for my computer's USB serial computer. Miracle of miracles, that worked! But beware! It only worked when I attached the colorimeter to the side of the monitor via a USB-A port there and to the monitor to the computer via the BenQ-supplied USB-A to USB-B cable.  Palette Master Ultimate would not recognize the colorimeter if I used its native USB-C connection when connected to either the monitor or the computer. There were times early on when I thought I would have to pack up the monitor and send it back to B&H Photo, no small task because the monitor comes in an extraordinarily large box and its packaging is like a Rubik's cube. BenQ's tech support, however, did itself proud! The image quality of the monitor is outstanding, and with the software now working, I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

This USB hub makes using a flash drive much easier on my All In One computer. Not having to turn my monitor sideways to see the USB ports and having 7 USB slots makes things a lot faster and easier. Not to mention no stress on my built-in USB ports. The On/Off switches are great as I can turn off a USB slot before removing or installing a flash drive.
