Our old soundbar often made it hard to hear dialogue without turning up the volume, which was problematic with an 8-month-old in the next room. This Samsung soundbar solves that issue with its voice dialogue enhancement feature, which clarifies dialogue without needing to increase the volume. The 5-channel setup delivers excellent audio quality, especially given the compact size of the soundbar. One of the standout features is its smart functionality, particularly the Alexa compatibility. We used to rely on a small Echo Dot for connectivity, but the built-in Alexa on the soundbar has replaced it, providing a significant upgrade in audio quality. Additionally, the Samsung app allows me to switch between audio settings seamlessly from my phone with no lag. I was a bit skeptical at first as I thought the slimness of this soundbar may not produce good enough sound, however I was pleasantly surprised when I fired up one of the Marvel movies and the sound was pretty good! The subwoofer also did not disappoint, the deep bass was just enough for our living room. I liked the handy remote, and the soundbar sits unobtrusively with our TV and pumps awesome theatrical Dolby Atmos. I would definitely recommend this Soundbar to anyone looking to upgrade their sound system, as it is easily installed and ready to wow you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was previously using a standalone soundbar without a subwoofer from a different brand which wasn’t too bad but having the Samsung QN-95B 75” TV and knowing what the built-in TV speakers were capable off I was also missing out on using them until I discovered Q-Symphony that allows the TV Speakers to be used in addition to the soundbar. The Samsung HW-S700D Soundbar was a perfect fit was my living space and served this purpose extremely well. The Soundbar and Subwoofer was super easy to setup. Although wireless capable, I chose to use the HDMI cable provided and it was an instant detection and pairing. My Samsung TV automatically recognized the Q-Symphony compatibility and adjusted the sound accordingly for maximum balance and range. The SpaceFit Sound Pro worked its magic to utilize the position and space and adjust automatically even while watching content in real time. No other setup required. I moved the subwoofer to various positions, and ultimately had it next to the sofa which enhanced the bass and feel. The Soundbar and Subwoofer provide great sound levels with well-balanced Treble, Mid, and Bass levels. The bass was a much-needed addition and gave the overall feel a more realistic vibe specially when watching movies and certainly listen to music. The bar is super slim yet performed extremely well for its form factor. It took up much less space than other soundbars and the overall design is super sleek to blend in with my room decor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Q800D Soundbar is mind blowing with how clear and satisfying it sounds. I have a few Samsung sound bars and I can't believe how Samsung keeps raising the bar (lol) every time. This soundbar shines with Dolby Atmos content, the immersion is surprisingly better than some home theater setups that are much more expensive. I wish there were more HDMI inputs on the soundbar and that it could support waking up when using a PC. But other than that, this soundbar has modern features that'll work in any smart home ecosystem.

I can't believe all that sound is coming out of a SOUNDBAR! It's tied in to our Alexa app at home and it's really great and easy for my blind spouse to use!
