I've been able to connect four Windows PCs (XP, 7, 8.1, 10) to an Epson all-in-one printer. Although my printer is wireless capable, I find USB connectivity more reliable and less frustrating. The packaged software (CD), as well as the included Installation Guide, are antiquated (Windows XP/Vista; Mac OS X) but were still useful for one of my connected PCs. Accessing the product manufacturer's website is required to obtain an up-to-date User Manual and to install applicable drivers for PCs with newer operating systems. This applies to Windows (7, 8.1, 10) and Mac (10.6 and above) with an available USB Type-A port. One 6-foot USB A-B cable is also included. Each of my PCs printed successfully to the one printer as intended. 5 |

Everything works perfect, it was recognized by my laptop with Windows 10 immediately, without the need to install drivers. However it didn’t connect to my PC Windows XP, which isn’t really promised by description as I know, so it’s ok, but people who still have XP, probably will be disappointed. By the way, other 3TB Transcend HDD connects to my PC without any issues, so it’s unlikely a driver/USB port problem. Shipping was fast and everything came in great condition. I liked experience with this order. 5 |

I switch between a Window 7, Windows XP, and Mac computer with no problems. Once I turned off the mouse emulation I was able to use MS Sidewinder. No problems with wired or wireless keyboard/mouse. 5 |

I've been using one of these for over 10 years on Win-XP, and it works every time, all the time. If you need to add RS-232 to a machine with only USB, you gotta get one of these. 5 |

I could not upgrade the firmware from Godox through my windows 10. So after a computer professional looked over the situation said that Windows 10 would not recognize the upgrade due to the time Godox wrote the firmware upgrade. He used Windows 7 and the firmware upgrade worked. 5 |
