Adding Assets To Quickbooks Online

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! So far it works Fine. Still adding data. I alway have an online backup as well but it's nice to have redundancy.

I bought this stand online so that I could save some money. I could have bought it locally but it was considerably more expensive (even after adding shipping). I would recommend that you shop with B&H whenever possible. They always deliver as ordered.

These are our go-to drives for archiving all of our video and audio assets, raw and edited. We have never had a problem with them even over years of use. We archive assets to the drives and only go back to them if we need some file from the past on a new project of to update and old one.

Needed a microphone to record missing assets that were originally recorded at a professional studio in NYC. I was surprised by the quality of the recording and range of options this mic has to offer. My co workers couldn't even tell the difference in recording. Definitely worth the price.

I recently started a business and love the mobility of this device. I can set it up anywhere to monitor all of our assets. App was also very easy to set up and monitor including downloading video.

As a "young man" of 72, some would call me vintage, this fits in with many of my aging assets. This mic is set sensitive, that it picked up my dog panting in the hallway. Unfortunately, she had some issues with the song. I think 6/8 time will work best for her!
