Adf Not Working On Brother Printer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Working from home during the pandemic, I needed a printer/copier/scanner/fax at home that would be every bit as good as the work horses at my law office. However I did not want to spend a lot. This HP device works perfectly for my needs. The prints look clean and crisp. The copies come out reasonably quick. The scanner has dpi options, which I like. My only beef is I would like a bigger ADF. This ADF holds maybe 10-15 pages. But for the money, I am very pleased.

Brother products always perform perfectly. My Brother printer is working as well as when it was new and it’s seven years in service.

I have a dedicated photo printer that doesn't have an ADF and is really not meant for general use so I wanted a less expensive one for those tasks. I tried two other brands and returned them both because they jammed almost immediately and the software was not very good. On the epson, I have scanned 48 pages in one go, and printed up to 48 pages at one time. It handled both tasks beautifully. Unlike the other two, the epson is a solid build. No flimsy plastic and the software is much better than the other two. Highly recommend.

Easy to setup. The quality of both the hardware and software is excellent. The printer works flawlessly with our iPhones and our desktop PC. We pretty much do all duplex printing/copying/scanning. Love the single pass duplex ADF scanner, it never jams. The 600 DPI scanner resolution is great. Also the OCR scan gives me the searchable & annotatable PDFs that I need. My previous printer's reversing duplex scanner jammed more often than not. Also, the 600 DPI ADF scanner resolution is a vast improvement over my previous printer's 300 DPI resolution. Some other manufacturers tout their flatbed scanner resolution and don't mention the fact that their ADF scanner resolution is still limited to 300 DPI.

Our second Brother printer, would not have anything else !

I am never disappointed when I buy Brother toner for my laser printer. It keeps my printer of 8 years, working well and producing excellent copies.

I bought this printer to replace my old Brother printer (still working but wanted the wireless feature). I couldn't be happier with this product. By the way, I also have a Brother 6 color embroidery machine, and a Brother Scan and Cut. I rely on the Brother embroidery machine for average 8-10 hours a day and really need to upgrade to a 9-11 color. BUT, my 6 color just keeps rocking on, and on, and on.

As a small business we work our equipment hard. We have a hard-working Brother 8440 copier/scanner/printer purchased in 2005. Supplies and parts are still available. The Model 8360 color laser printer is right in line with the top level quality Brother has shown. Toner usage appears to be dramatically more economical than other brands. The quality is as expected from more expensive printers.

Brother printer needs to use brother ink. I bought another brand ink that did not work.
