Adjust Herman Miller Desk

Solidly constructed out of metal with an adjustable quick release collar. The low profile ProBoom locks into bracket. To detach the ProBoom you simply press a button on the end of the mounting bracket. Fit is perfect with no play between the ProBoom and bracket. Even though there’s no play the movement of the ProBoom is smooth with little resistance.   I was also pleased to find that this bracket fits the Herman Miller monitor columns as I already owned two. The Herman Miller columns have more elegant table mounting options too.

I purchased the Miller CX10 Fluid Head specifically for use with a Sony A7iii and Sony 200-600 G zoom lens in a rig weighing about 13 pounds. I use this setup as a moving camera for closeups in concerts. It's important to have smooth action with (near) perfect balance. The CX10 meets all of my need and expectations. It is also compact, rugged, and very easy to adjust. It is a true fluid head, so adjusting the drag is easy, since you aren't working against spring tension found in friction heads. The counterbalance is also easy to adjust, without undue resistance. I can point it to any position and let go of the handle without sag and very little springback. Hold for just a second or two, and the springback disappears.

I love having this on my desk, and it has a headphone jack and mic jack. Big nob to adjust volume.

Got completely fed up with Magic Jack's jack and customer service, or lack thereof, so I decided to try Ooma after checking the ratings here and on *. Bought the Ooma from B&H photo because it was cheaper, no sales tax, free delivery, and I had good experiences with B&H before. Ooma arrived promptly and well packaged. Followed installation instructions explicitly, but Ooma convulsed and died. My ISP is Time Warner and my connection is Standard 15 mbps upstream, and 1 mbps downstream. Went to Ooma live chat, and was told to do the conventional solutions - an ordered series of reboots. Nothing worked. Called the live help number and Herman answered. Three questions later, he overnighted another Ooma, pre-programmed with the recent firmware and synced to my account, and a prepaid RMA return shipping label. Installed the device and all is well. Sound is great, and no dropped calls. This is absolutely the best customer service experience I've ever had on the internet. Thank you Herman. Happy B&H and Ooma customer.

I use this to clamp a Magic Arm to my desk for Youtube videos. I love that it is adjustable, and easy to adjust. I have a very small space but this allows to get my Canon 5D dSLR in such an angle that it looks like I am in a studio and not my bedroom!

I purchased these lights to brighten my webinars. They fit perfectly on my desk and nicely adjust so there's not a lot of flare in my eyes while I'm recording.

Very nice small tripod. I use it with my gopro camera for streaming; I can put it on my desk and adjust the height. Small, but solid; o I can take it with me wherever I go.

Although pricey compared to some of the more basic options, this display arm no only looks great, it's also easy to setup and adjust to your display exactly where you want it and is quite sturdy. Setup was a breeze compared to some of the other arms I've used. You only need to use the included allen wrenches if you need to adjust for a thicker or thinner than average desk (only two screws) and to adjust the arm tension for your display's weight. Thumbscrews and normal screws are included to attach your display to the arm, and it's a snap to simply align it and drop it onto the upright pole (heh). Unlike generic brands of arms, you can find a full range of movement diagram on Ergo's site. This helped me find the right stand for me to get my Acer Predator X34 (34 21:9) in the right position for my desk. The only thing that would have made it better would be a set of spacers or washers for the display screws. The ones included were a bit too long for my display.

I love these desk stands. The build quality is great, they are easy to setup and adjust, and they save desk space. I know best practice is to have monitors on dedicated floor stands, but for a space saving home solution which still gets nice sound, these are excellent.
