Adjust Volume Viewsonic Monitor Not Working

Working great to attach my 24 Viewsonic monitor to a MacBook Pro at much lower cost than Apple solutions.

I'm a commercial photographer working in volume youth sports photography. I will have anywhere for 20 to 500 athletes come through in a session and use to use a boom light stand for my key. While it worked, it took time to adjust my light for the sake of the height of an athlete. The Column Stand with the Sliding Arm makes my workflow so easy now, as I can simply squeeze and adjust, drastically reducing the time of adjusting my key light.

Can you adjust the volume with the touch sensors on the earbud?

This is working exactly as advertised. I love the convenience of having a roll around stand for my monitors. It's annoying if the monitor is on a table because it is locked in one place. So having it on a rolling stand makes it very easy to move around our studio. But it also comes with regular feet if you choose to make it stationary. This stand seems very secure when the TV/monitor is mounted. I had no fear of it toppling over. I like that it allows you to adjust the viewing angle by tipping the monitor up to 30 degrees, this is very helpful and appreciated. This stand comes with a very large supply of screws, washers and spacers to adjust to all mounting needs. And although I did not need them, it comes with extensions for larger VESA patterns. It's made of a strong metal and is very solid, so it should withstand any wear and tear. I also like that it allows you to adjust the height on the shaft of the stand. This could come in handy if a person is sitting down while viewing. Two of the wheels have brakes and they worked well and keep it in place. Overall, this a great little stand and will be a nice addition to our studio. [I have received this product in exchange for my honest review]

I’m enjoying my purchase. I just need to know how to adjust the volume . I think it’s just user error.

There is plenty of volume and base. You can adjust everything with the simple remote.
