This purchase of an arm was for my laptop. I have a super clamp on my desk with the short arm attached. Laptop tray at the end of the arm.

I am so shocked to not have seen this product used by more djs. In general, the stand is solid, affordable, and super adjustable. You can adjust the angle of the tray, you can swivel it around, and adjust the height. It has adjustable pegs, 4, that surround your laptop so that it stays in place just in case of a tip over. Granted, it is on a tri-pod, I did accidentally bump it one day and it fell halfway over, however the pegs kept my laptop from falling off of the stand. The mouse tray is solid, and never pops out of place. I don't use it because my dj controller has a function that controls my computer screen, or I just use the trackpad. I have one now for mobile dj usage, but I plan on buying a second one for at home use as well. I love this product thank you so much Bhphoto and QuikLok.

I spent a lot of time looking for a laptop stand and I'm very happy I purchased this one. I use it with my 2019 MacBook Pro. I was initially worried about the fact that the stand is not height-adjustable. Despite that, I bought it anyway. I took some measurements and figured it'd be tall enough. Now that I've used it for a couple weeks, I think the height is mostly fine. I do wish it were a little taller (or adjustable), but all the other stands that *were* adjustable weren't nearly as beautiful as this one – and I was definitely concerned about how it would look on my desk. Overall, the stand is quite beautiful and the build quality is fantastic. Also, the little feet/pads on the bottom of the stand are substantial enough that I'm not afraid of it damaging my nice wooden desk top. Shipping was also good. Very happy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It goes right on my desk behind my laptop, and its easy to use height adjustable stand allows me to use dual monitor function without moving my neck too much.

Exactly what I needed. Compact enough to keep it in an under-desk cable management tray.

This tray was way thicker and sturdier than I expected. I feel like it'll last longer than the desk I have it attached to.

This is a heavy and heavy-duty laptop stand. It is well constructed of painted steel and comes with an adjustable tripod-style base that is also heavy-duty. The top (plate) component attaches to the base very easily and is angle-adjustable. The up-side is that it is very stout. The down-side is that it's very HEAVY. This product is best for studio shooting, or on-location shooting where there isn't much distance between your vehicle and the scene. Definitly NOT for hiking. There is also a pull-out utility tray mounted with a commercial-grade cabinet glide. Did I mention that it's heavy? In a good way. I only wish there was a carrying bag included, or provided as a separate purchase. A tripod bag would hold the base, as it folds like a light-stand, but the tray would require a custom-sized bag.

Completely adjustable. Many heights and angles. Many uses. Large platform - 10 1/2 X 16. Small amount of bounce because tray is held from one end. I have a 3 pound laptop on the tray, there is some bounce when I type. I think it will hold up to 10 points, but might droop.
