My previous stand had the three legs that pull out and I was constantly adjusting them to get the mic straight and at the correct height. The Auray has a round base that stays put so once I adjusted the height on the pole and locked it I have not had to change it again! What a time saver. This is great for adjusting the height or angle of something mounted to it. It's very fast to use and you don't need much clamping force because it has teeth. It's quite strong with the double articulation. 5 |
