It's perfect for Adobe Photoshop or illustrator; my Photoshop work is way better now that I have a stylus & tablet.

Great product so far. It goes hand in hand with Adobe Photoshop.

You can't use Photoshop to it's full potential without a tablet.

I bought the Wacom Intuos Creative Pen Tablet (Small, Black) to use with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to process my photos as some of the features of Photoshop are only usable with a pen tablet. I've been extremely happy with the Wacom. It is simple to install and use and as I get more comfortable I using it more and a mouse less for all functions. A friend recommended that I get the small tablet as it will be all that you need except for the truly above and beyond artistic needs. They were right. The small size is all most people will need and is hundreds of dollars less expensive. My only regret about the Wacom is that I didn't get one sooner.

So I use my Wacom Tablet for both photo editing and for design work. Mostly working in Lightroom and Photoshop and for design I use InDesign. My main complant was that that the pen slipped on the tablet surface when I tapped the tip, causing objects to move when I was selecting an object in InDesign. Using the Hard Felt tip has solved this issue. Also it makes working in Photoshop more enjoyable. It adds a more pencil and paper feel to using the graphic tablet. Being new to using a tablet this made adjusting to the tablet easier.

I have been an Adobe Photoshop user for almost too many years to count. My first Mac was the SE30 to give you an idea of just how long I've been editing images. (Think a quarter of a century). Through the years, Adobe Photoshop has been there... growing and evolving to help me make the most of the images I capture. Back in the day, having to cough up hundreds of dollars to buy the software, then hundreds more for major updates wasn't always easy. The Photoshop/Lightroom Creative Cloud plan changed all of that. For a few dollars a month, I get access to the best image editing software on the planet - plus Lightroom which is great at managing all of those files and doing editing on its own. When Adobe adds a new feature, I've got it almost instantly for no extra charge. When one of the major camera manufacturers comes out with a new model requiring an update to Camera RAW, you can update right away... so what's not to like? Some people misunderstand what's meant by Creative Cloud. They think the software lives on a server somewhere and internet access is required to use it. Not so. You download the software to your own computer. The software periodically pings your account at Adobe to make sure your subscription is paid up. Yes you need internet access for that, but you can work offline if need be. With the annual subscription, you buy it once and you're set for 12 months... and if you get it on sale, you're saving money in the process. Like I said, it's the best software deal on the planet.
