Adr Recording Studio Los Angeles

This has been on the road with me from St. Louis to Los Angeles. It's very good.

I bought this mic for two reasons...1) field recording from boom pole, and 2) studio ADR recording. Not only does it do both extremely well, it also can be used as an alternative to that other shotgun mic they use out in L.A. for movie trailer announcers! Cuts through a mix when getting super close proximity, which isn't what it was designed for but, hey, it works.

Works exactly as expected. Nice, quick deliver from b&h all the way to Los Angeles.

This is the only paint we use when filming our digital animation, ordering all the way from Los Angeles.

I got this for my 92-year-old father, who lives roughly 15 miles south of Los Angeles. It works well with great reception all around (AM & FM). No problem working the tuner knob. The volume control protrudes enough to be easily accessible and easy to operate. It is loud enough to be heard across his backyard (70 feet). This model does what it claims to do.

Heavy Duty Rods, well made, what's not to like? We use them on all our cameras at a Los Angeles rental house and have never had any issues with them after hundreds of rentals/shoots.
