An excellent device ! It is very fast & working 100% as it's documentation saying. Moreover, I test it on my Linux laptop with Fedora Linux 32 X64 bit Cinnamon edition. It is working 100% on Linux as it is already do on Windows 10 ! I tested it on 2 laptops: one with Windows 10 & 2nd with Fedora Linux. The package reached to me by DHL in very good state. Device was very well packaged against shocks. I examined optical drive. There was no any scratching line, nor even a finger print on it. The surprising thing to me is that the accuracy of B&H store for time at which device will reach to my door in Iraq - Baghdad where I'm living !! B&H gave me 23 / 4 / 2021 as an expected date. But, DHL itself gave me more remote date of arrival at 2 / 5 / 2021. In fact I received the package at 11:03 A.M of 22 / 4 / 2021, one day before the B&H store expectation ! An excellent service by B&H store for International buyers, like me ! Thank you very much !

I'm using this on a 2021 M1 MacBook Pro to store my music library and a bunch of feature length videos, to free up space on the built-in drive. Music and videos (1080P) play fine, with no stuttering or gaps. It stays connected through sleep/wake cycles. It seats well and it seems impossible to accidentally disturb it. Blackmagic speed tests show 70MB/s write speed and 90 MB/s read speed, so you wouldn't want to use this for something like a Photoshop scratch disk, but for less demanding always onboard storage, it's a great solution.

I'd never heard of Ledlenser before but I saw them at my local outdoor store. Out on my property, I need super bright light to check various things from livestock to fence condition. I can also mount this on my ATV and cruise about at night confidently. Very impressed by this product and find myself looking for opportunities to use it.

I brought this portable hard drive so that I can store all my documents and pictures. Out of the box, this portable hard drive works great. It is compatible to Mac so that was a plus. 3.0 provide high speed transfer, much faster than the traditional 2.0. Great product without any shortcoming. Thanks WD.
