After upgrading to Windows 10 my HP computer the built-in sound card stopped working and I couldn't find a driver to work with Windows 10, this small device was simple to install, just plug the device to a USB port and installed it's own driver automatically and it was up and running in no time. I don't mind the device sticking out is just like any USB drive. 5 |

I could not upgrade the firmware from Godox through my windows 10. So after a computer professional looked over the situation said that Windows 10 would not recognize the upgrade due to the time Godox wrote the firmware upgrade. He used Windows 7 and the firmware upgrade worked. 5 |

I am happy with my new extender screen for working on multiple things at once. Because of Windows 10 the monitor came up without the installing. I still did the installing as the product described. The way it allows one to be flexible with the attachments is super. Would have likes it to be a bit bigger, but that is minor at this time. Installed easy on Windows 10, even with older driver. The quick start guide is all graphics, but the rest of it about the CD part is where it shines. Took just a minute to get it going wireless and print the first page. Printers used to be so hard. Was delighted it came with a new toner cartridge. Bought this in an instant because of the great experiences with Canon support for camera. 5 |
