I used this to converted coaxial from a video player to pcm 5.1 Dolby aes to a Dolby digital decoder. Worked perfectly. I used two part Velcro to secure it to the 19" rack shelf.

Outstanding and well worth the outlay. Steaming in full Dolby Atmos is so much better than normal 5.1

We use this headset with our Sony digital wireless lav kit. We use it during instruction of Tai Chi and Kung Fu. This requires a lot of body movement while talking. A lapel mic can sometimes pick up noise during movements from clothes etc. this was supposed to be a solution to that problem. Unfortunately the boom for the mic is too short. Putting the mic in an awkward position which sometimes cuts out. For the money maybe I shouldn't complain but results are what matter to me. I may return it and get a version costing around $400 that looks adjustable in boom length. Hopefully that will work. B&H has by the way been a pleasure to work with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been thoroughly impressed with the S Series 3.0ch All-in-One Soundbar w/ Dolby 5.1 / DTS Virtual:X (2022). This sleek and powerful soundbar has completely enhanced my audio experience at home. The Dolby 5.1 and DTS Virtual:X technologies deliver an immersive sound quality that truly brings movies, music, and games to life. Setting up the soundbar was a breeze, and I appreciated the simplicity of having everything I needed in one compact unit. The design is modern and minimalistic, fitting seamlessly into my entertainment setup. The sound quality is outstanding, with clear dialogue, rich bass, and crisp highs. Whether I'm watching an action-packed movie or listening to my favorite music, the S Series soundbar delivers an impressive audio performance. Overall, I highly recommend the S Series 3.0ch All-in

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my S Series 3.0ch All-in-One Soundbar w/ Dolby 5.1 / DTS Virtual:X (2022), for approximately a month now. It has changed my entertainment experience at my house. Watching movies for me and my family has never been so real and captivating as it is with my new speaker system. We've found ourselves watching movies that we've seen a million times just to hear how amazing they are and different now. War movies have quite literally shook my house as if bombs were really dropping outside. To anyone that is looking for speakers and a nice affordable upgrade to their entertainment system, I highly recommend the S Series 3.0ch All-in-One Soundbar w/ Dolby 5.1 / DTS Virtual:X (2022).

I use it to split audio from my mixer onto a digital recorder and a headset too!

The Zoom H6 is a great example of evolving toward professional level. The tactile feel and controls are MUCH better than past versions of this recorder, and the ability to take a line-in means great phantom powering preamps like those from Sound Devices now have a great digital back end. With a wavering standard for quality, given the landscape of cheaper, quality equipment, like cameras from Black Magic Design (of which I own two,) combine with this recorder to say 5.1 recording is not out of the question, for a very affordable price. For common shooting apart from 5.1, four inputs will handle quite a bit of the daily grind. The provided mics are likely all you will need for room tone and many general recording situations. I have attached many a radio lavalier to the former model, but cannot wait to put the H6 to the test. I plan on shooting up to two feature films per year, and this will be the recorder on set. I was trepidatious about Zoom in the past, but the H6 has removed the caveats and doubts. Given the low prices for their mics and accessories, I would recommend everyone get everything. There is little doubt this system will fail to impress. Once upon a time we were stuck with analog Nagras. Many of the greatest films of all time used antiquated technologies which seemed fine until the digital future jumped up to greet us. The Zoom H6 fits into the mindset of the digital filmmaker.
