I often record in my apartment or at the studio where I work - there is a ton of background noise like traffic, air conditioners, and creaky floors. The high pass filter for perfect for filtering those consistent background hums. Of course, a little fancy editing too. This is used with an AB 800. The light unit can sit on the floor stand keeping it just inches above the floor or on the extension giving me more height. 5 |

Using this for shoots to sit on and move around comfortably is a huge help. Also throwing it in to get models off the floor is helpful. I'd buy more in different sizes in the future. 5 |

The UPS is well built and nicely comes with 2 stand units so that it can sit on a shelf/floor instead of rack mounting. Also, the LCD unit can pull out of its mounting spot and be rotated for vertical viewing. It has not been tested with any large-scale power outages yet, but it has kicked in for a couple of minor disturbances. 5 |
