Airplay And Bluetooth Speakers At The Same Time

I have numerous Bluetooth speakers but this one is by far the best!

Can't say enough about the Sonos ecosystem. Spent far too long dropping connection with airplay and Bluetooth... have not an issue in my 3+ years with Sonos. Great product.

I bought this because people seemed to like the iPhone/Bluetooth/Airplay features. It’s really great! I can be anywhere in my house and Bluetooth stands by in sleep mode waiting for me to activate it on my phone. I bought a pair of outdoor speakers and hooked them up by the pool. Sounds great! Even when the neighbors dogs start barking and I’m laying in bed I can grab my iPhone and activate Bluetooth and blast “German Metal Music” at full volume through this receiver! It really does the job on those barking dogs. My neighbors quickly bring their dogs inside. I give it 5 stars!

12 core is where its at.

I have been listening to Bose since the 70's with their 901 speakers through their Bose Wave technology. Time to update to Bluetooth and put away the CD's and IPOD. Great sound quality as expected. Play it loud.

Bought them a week ago after returning many other bluetooth speakers. I should have started here in the 1st place. I would have saved time. They're awesome, crisp, clear quality sound.

I researched different Bluetooth speakers for some time to make sure what I purchased would fit my needs. My music tastes are quite eclectic, so I wanted to make sure the sound quality & bass were on point. I'm blown away by the sound & how loud this speaker is; I'll be back for more Sonos products as I continue building my home system.

You can connect through airplay as well.

Airplay 2 is outstanding.

The Play:5 has been a revelation. Up until I bought it, I'd been using a number of AirPlay speakers. These suffered from two big problems: they were unreliable (the devices often wouldn't show in my list of speakers for reasons I could never fathom) and, more subtly, they played music from my phone itself. This meant if your phone died, no music. If you went out of range, no music. If you clicked a YouTube link, it would suddenly blare out of your speakers. But with Sonos, it's just worked from the moment I unboxed it. It sounds good, even in a large-ish room. The only problem is that I now want more dotted all through the house!
