Airpod 3Rd Generation Earbud Replacement

My daughter lost her original AirPod case and this replacement was a great upgrade since it does not need to be plugged in to charge (it uses an induction charging pad or plugs into a lightning connector USB cord if you don’t have the pad). She says that it provides more charges for the headphones than the original plug-in version did and it was only 6 months old so I’m sure it wasn’t an old battery. I’m happy with the new case and it works flawlessly, as expected for an Apple product.

It is a well made replacement earpad! Where I work, we use earbud/mics for our two-ways and we are really hard on them. These have held up very well!

The apple style of earbud is the only thing that fits in my ears, and these are so much more comfortable than Apple. They sound SO MUCH BETTER too!! I bought this to replace the 5 1/2 year old Smart Keyboard for my 3rd generation iPad Pro. I used the old keyboard extensively with the iPad, eventually wearing it out. Given how much I enjoyed using the old keyboard and how long it lasted, it was an easy decision to replace it with essentially the same device. The only difference between the old and new keyboard is the size of the back camera opening, which is larger on this newer version. I also prefer this keyboard over Apple's Magic Keyboard because I can fold it back behind the iPad for reading a book, which the Magic Keyboard doesn't do.

My use of an iPad is simply as an internet appliance. My 3rd generation iPad is glacially slow and can no longer be upddated. With Covid-19 I am now reliant on Zoom and Face Time for connecting with friends and meetings. My new iPad is a perfect match for my needs.
