Alexa Make Lights Flash

Lights work great and with handsfree control of warmth and brightness via Alexa using these lights is the kitchen is an added bonus.

It can be used on anything! I’ve got one connected to my tree lights than turn it on and off with my phone or Alexa. Also have them on the patio. Nice to tell Alexa Turn on the lights and I have a fully lit patio.

Ok so I got this Bose SoundTouch 500 soundbar about a week ago so I figure id give my review. First the set up was Alittle annoying. It took about a half hr to set up and if your WiFi connection isn’t strong enough it takes longer. Now as far as Alexa goes I have a dot already so it was nice to have this built in. I connected the bar also to my smart lights so when I say Alexa dim lights it does it on que. the adapt IQ tech is pretty cool it makes u stand in different parts of the room and sends the sound to that area to make sure the sound is perfect for this space. I have a small theater room so it’s perfect for my area. Once set up the bar is amazing. Another thing you must do is turn off the tv speaker so that there is no interference with sound. I’m a big movie fan so you really get the sensation of being in the theater but in your own home. We hooked up my 4K hisense 50 inch tv and Apple 4K tv as well and also a blue ray player. I love the way this sound bar sounds and the bass module really makes things rumble. And you also hear sound coming from place so there are no speakers so honestly this is an amazing peace of tech. The cons are my nose solo 15 has a universal remote we’re this one didn’t come with one. So I had to keep switching between controls to my other divides. Also you can’t adjust the bass on the small remote. And you manually have to connnect blue tooth. The sound itself is great. We watched a few concerts and it’s like your there. The design of the the bar is slick and looks great against black glass on an entertainment center. I have a few Bose products and I love each one of them. I also own the Bose solo 15, Bose original cinemate. Along with the qc30 earbuds, sound sport free, Bose sound link revolve. All these products are amazing and I will always buy Bose so keep up the good work

We are putting these in all around our house. It's awesome to come home to lights that are turned on from my phone, or from a timer I set, or by Alexa. Love them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me just start off with how great this speaker looks and sounds out the box. Super great looks all around with a solid design. It feels well made and built to last. Unplugged it after giving it a full charge and took it outside for some tests. Downloaded the JBL One app and set up the EQ for even better treble for the outdoor listening. Even has settings for bass and mids for your liking. Great app to see battery life and product information. Battery life seemed great with over 8 hours and that was with the bass up with my workout music. Had the lights off in my room and nice little touch is the lit up indicator lights it has on the top. AirPlay was easy to connect and Bluetooth was fast to pair. One thing I did love was using Alexa to play songs and even turn off or on my Alexa connected devices. Or you can turn off the microphone from a switch on the back if needed also. Another nice port that was very useful is the lan port if you don’t plan to move it around too much for a straight always on connection. But back to the audio. It gets super loud unplugged but when plugged in it adds a bit more oomph to the sound which is always a plus. Can’t forget the passive radiator underneath moving some air. Only thing that was a bit glitchy at times was moving the volume up and down on the app. But with a update can be fixed. Love this retro JBL speaker and you will too.

Had an electrician install it because I need to confirm there was a neutral wire installed in the boxes. Easy for my electrician, and it was up and running in minutes. One switch controls two bar lights, the other controls 6 can lights. One command to Alexa: Alexa, turn on the kitchen lights. WaLa! �Works like a charm.. No hub required, just add to your WiFi

I was,given one of these light bulbs about 2 years ago,and wanted another. I was able to put it in same room as the other one so now Alexa can turn both lights on and they change color exactly the same. Love it, love the colors, love that I can ask Alexa to turn on and off the lights and change the colors too.

I have all of our Christmas lights/decorations inside the house plugged into the wemo smart plugs. Using Alexa I can simply say "Alexa turn on the Christmas lights" and poof! All of them turn on at the same time. Very easy to set up. Very happy with the purchase.
