[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been thrilled with my ecobee Home Security Bundle. Installation and configuration could not have been easier or more intuitive. Mount the sensors, open the ecobee app on your phone, step through adding the new device, and the security bundle was up and running in a couple of minutes. One of the things I like about ecobee products is they appeal to a wide range of Users. You can keep it very simple, or you can integrate their devices into a larger ecosystem for home automation. I also purchased the SmartCamera as part of the ecobee as part of the Home Security Bundle. And I already have an ecobee Smart Thermostat with Voice Control. These devices integrate through the ecobee App to create a very simple to use home security network for added peace of mind. And the Autopilot feature automatically takes care of turning on/off the security system and setting the thermostat to home/away as you come and go from your home. Love this thing, had a DV tape camera before and hated having to play the tape to download the DV data to the pc but this is fantastic. Uses SDHC so I loved that, and the videos are gorgious. Could use a bit more optical zoom range but nothing a X2 or X4 could not fix. 5 |

Downloading images onto a PC with this reader takes less than 1/3 of the time it takes to download the images directly from the camera over an HDMI cable. 5 |

I purchased this camera to run on a pc based security system called Bluecherry DVR. I was surprised to find out that a camera costing so little could provide such high quality. The camera was easily recognized by the system and functioned perfectly. The camera is well made and I will be purchasing more GeoVision IP cameras. 5 |
