Alienware Monitors 240Hz

Comparing this to the Alienware AW3225QF (which I tested for 3 weeks before getting this monitor), I find the colors are effectively the same after you find the right settings that appeal to you. I initially had some text clarity issues, but this was solved by running the monitor at 240Hz. For whatever reason, a bunch of features are turned off by default, so you need to turn them on (e.g. OLEDcare, VRR, CEC). Another thing to keep in mind - when you switch to full-screen and back, the monitor will black out for a few seconds. This is normal and a function of Nvidia drivers, not the monitor. Another caveat, as this is OLED, you cannot calibrate this with standard monitor calibration gear (think SpyderX). After turning everything on and playing with all the presets, I was able to find the ones I liked for different media. The monitor is amazing. Great color, perfect blacks, I almost think it's blacker than my black monitor bezels... 240Hz is buttery.

Excellent Monitor. I upgraded from an Alienware 240hz 1080p to this one. Got recommended by Hardware Unbox on YouTube. This is my first 1440p monitor. Resolution is crisp. no dead pixels. and gotta love that IPS color quality. Great so far. Would recommend.

Love it best portable monitors at 240hz. Little pricey but for portable not to bad.

I was stuck between this and the AW2725df but ultimately chose this monitor due to the price point and a past good experience with MSI monitors. I must say, this monitor is a massive step up from my previous 1080p 240hz. As more of a competitive FPS player, I do not see how this monitor could be any better. Super clear, colors are amazing, build quality is better than expected, overall I am super satisfied with my purchase. OLED is on a whole new level compared to TN, VA, or IPS. Anyone looking to step up their experience no any game should look no further than MSI's 271qrx or the 321urx. Easily the best monitors for the price. Wow I didn’t think this monitor would be so good! I was looking into 2K with 240HZ because I recently upgraded my PC to the new generation parts and wanted to get the best out of it. Most of the monitors were out of my budget. I was leaning a lot towards Alienware monitors but they were also expensive and saw reviews that they would break down eventually in the long run. Decided to give this one a try and was well worth it. Smooth, crisp, bright, nice colors, and overall easy to use! Would recommend :)

I have been using this monitor for almost a year now and haven't had a single issue. For context I have gone through 6 monitors and non of them were Asus. Every monitor I bought before cheep or expensive had issues that made them unusable. I was hesitant at first to buy the VG27AQ because of some bad reviews but after only buying monitors with better reviews and recommendations I decide to try it out and it was perfect. I use my computer for a lot of different things including video/photo editing, gaming, cad, YouTube and this monitor can do it all. Having 1440p was perfect for 27 inches and 165hz instead of 240hz was perfect since my computer couldn't maintain 240hz at 1440p on pervious monitors. I don't know why I was so skeptical of Asus when choosing my monitor, given that the first computer I built comprised of all Asus parts excluding the ssd and chassis. I feel like they get bad credit especially in reviews but I think it's just because they have so many products and the demand is so high. The best thing about this monitor is that it put my full confidence in Asus and I am planning on buying an Asus laptop with the same screen spec to pair up with my AMAZING monitor! Thank you Asus, you have made your place in my heart. P.S. If anyone was wondering what laptop I am referring to it's the new ROG Zephyrus G15 Ultra Slim rtx3080 and specifically moonlight white because OMG it looks so good!

I like everything about this monitor. It was a great deal. One of the best 1440P 240Hz monitor around for the money.
