Allow Access To Computer On Network Windows 7

I recently moved from a windows platform to a Apple computer and need an adapter to connect my MacBook to my home network. The new computer does not have a Ethernet connection. This works well with my USB hub and keeps everything connected at high speeds.

Necessary for your network unless you want to host the network on a computer or other device that you'll never turn off. UI is easy to access and navigate.

Use it for Windows 8 on old laptop and desktops. It has the same function on touch pad instead of screen. Allow touch screen functions away from computer when you lean back on couch. Nothing negative for comment. Great price! Would like to have backlite keyboard with solar panel.

The access point joined my network perfectly in the first attempt.

Have seen and heard/read about Ubiquiti products for years and finally made a plunge to replace my aging/ancient home network components consisted of dd-wrt flashed access points and a switch with dying ports. Ended up purchasing a) USW Flex Mini 5-Port Gigabit Managed Switch, b) U6 Pro Access Point and c) U6 Access Point in the end. They’ve been up and running with no issues for about a month now. I have pfSense running as my router, DHCP server, and f/w and they’re working together with no issues. The new Unifi components along with Unifi controller/network server (free download with no subscription charge and i’m running it locally) provide a truly “unified” view and current status of my network, which I didn’t have before. Since all of my access points are wired, I cannot speak for their mesh capability. I’m happy with purchase and hoping to add another access point (in-wall version this time) soon. As always, shipping from B&H was fast.

I could not upgrade the firmware from Godox through my windows 10. So after a computer professional looked over the situation said that Windows 10 would not recognize the upgrade due to the time Godox wrote the firmware upgrade. He used Windows 7 and the firmware upgrade worked.

Right out of the box it was evident the Epson DS-730N Network Scanner was top notch. The sleek, compact look fits right on my desktop and setup was a breeze. I installed the drivers and utility combo software, connected to my network using an ethernet cable and was ready to scan! My first scan was a simple one-page document - Can we say Quick??? In a split second a scan was completed and displayed on my computer screen. Since I was so impressed with how fast my first scan flew through the machine, I put it to the test with a larger document, fifty-nine pages were processed in 1 min and 25 seconds (yes, I did time it!), with NO JAM at all! I decided to run a stack of various business cards, no problem! I am able to save scans to a MS Office file which I then can edit, scans can be sent directly to an e-mail and directly to any computer on the network. If you need in depth instruction or need to troubleshoot, the user’s manual is online and very easy to understand and follow. The only (very small) negative is that photos can only be run through using a carrier page, however, this is clearly stated in the user’s manual. I highly rate the Epson DS-730N scanner to be a dependable, robust choice for your business or home network! This is a review for the Epson DS-730N Network Color Document Scanner that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.
