I just purchased my first mirrorless camera from B&H, the Sony a7RII, which arrived a few weeks ago. I didn't have any legacy lenses that would carry over; other than, a Lensbaby Composer Pro. Contacted B&H and learned this inexpensive adapter would work. The Lensbaby is a manually focused lens so there's no connectivity issues. It works great! Plus, it saved me from having to go out a purchase a Lensbaby to work with my Sony a7II.

I use this product to power my Sony a7RII mirrorless camera. It depletes its charge very rapidly and instead of two, I need to carry four batteries.

After shooting around 600 images with the lens, I found it to be one of the best lenses I've owned. It was sharp from center to the corners at various focal lengths and f/stops.

If you've played with a mirrorless camera already, especially one of the Sony ones, then nothing here will surprise you. It's the same as the other Alpha cameras, only everything is 3x better/faster/sharper! While not revolutionary, this is a big evolutionary jump that gets several steps closer to bridging to the gap with consumer-grade DSLR's, in half the size and at half the price.

I purchased this Sony Alpha a6000 with the 16-50mm and 55-210 with free accessories, as a backup to my Canon 6d mark ii. I also bought this for the 11 fps, and it has not failed me. Also, having a less expensive mirrorless camera has given me the opportunity to decide about future mirrorless camera purchases, which I will probably get, and will definitely purchase from B&H Photo. They have been great. I highly recommend this camera kit if one is not sure if they want to go the mirrorless market or as a great backup to your DSLR.

My camera is a Sony Alpha II, which is a very good mirrorless dslr, that takes movies as well. Of course the built in mic is minimal. I tried it out for real at a house concert, with serious audio equipment, and an audience of about 50. The two mics were both pointed at the artist, so it was not really sterio. The sound quality was quite presentable on the external stereo speakers driven from my laptop. My intention is iTunes and Facebook use, not making studio quality audio so it clearly does the job for me.

This little camera is truly remarkable. I'm a professional photojournalist and own a number of mirrorless alpha bodies; I bought this camera for hiking and skiing because it fits easily into almost any pocket. I've become disillusioned by iPhone images that are often flat and super saturated because of Apple's insistence on baking-in the HDR feature into their native camera app. This camera's image quality is outstanding and its 24-200 optical zoom is very versatile. They say the best camera is the one you always carry with you and if you're willing to pay the price (it is a bit expensive), it'll become the camera that doesn't leave your side. If you're looking to ditch your smart phone camera and its limitations, this little camera is for you. Highly recommend.
