I am not a photographer, I'm actually a college student studying business. I got this bag in hopes I could shove all of my school supplies in it, vs using a backpack. Upon receiving the bag it felt and looked very well made and expensive. I absolutely love the magnetic closures, not only are they satisfying but help in the event I am too lazy to zip the bag back up or forget to do so. Every little design aspect of this bag fits what I was looking for... except one thing. It's just too small for what I need. This flaw has nothing to do with the design, If I could keep it I certainly would. It feels very well made, is comfortable to use (although I do wish the crossbody strap included would go longer), and looks very very nice. It's my own fault for purchasing an item I knew may be too small, but I loved its design and the way it looked so much I wanted to get it and make sure it wouldn't work. I'll be returning this bag only because it doesn't fit my size needs, not because of the bag itself. I would highly recommend this bag to anyone needing to fit smaller items, unlike myself... (I had a laptop, notebooks, 32 oz hydroflask, and other school supplies I needed to put in it). 5 |

Just received my Alphabet 21 after FedEx promptly lost the first one! Mad props to B&H for getting me a new one overnighted! You guys rock! And you might want to update the product listing and photos. I was beyond happily surprised to find out that this not only has the Tilt Lock mechanism, but it now also has PAN LOCK!!! The knob is right next to the bubble level. You can clearly see it in my photo and it doesn't exist in the product photo. EXTREMELY happy with this!! And will probably make my $$ back in just a few rentals for shoots! 5 |
