Alternative For Quickbooks Online

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! I would always have such a hard time with the basic tripod heads, and when searching online for an alternative came across a video with this pistol grip. I have not looked back since. It was strong enough to hold a projector and tray (says it can hold up to 18lbs of weight) and it holds true so far! I would absolutely buy again if I ever needed to.

I was looking for options to shoot products my wife is selling online and this was listed as an alternative to another setup I was considering. I read the reviews, watched some videos and took the plunge for two. I have no regrets! Of course I ordered some batteries and a charger as well, because I have some big dreams for some outdoor shots at night. My son was toying with the app option and he opened my eyes to how to be more creative with color settings. You can also use it as a flash and fade in an out as well. I plan to order a third Yongnuo LED soon for even more options.

I always have spares and there's no alternative.
